NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN through this Invitation to Bid that the City of Alameda Health Care District
invites and will receive sealed bids from licensed contractors for the furnishing to the District of all labor,
equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for
the construction of:

ALAMEDA HOSPITAL (AH) INFORMAL REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE, AND TESTING SUPPORT
PROJECT

The Project consists of labor, equipment, and material support for Inspection Consultants performing
selective water intrusion testing and hazardous material testing. Location of Work: Alameda Hospital,
2070 Clinton Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501. Estimated Project Value: <$220,000.
