Notice is hereby given through this Invitation to Bid that the City of Alameda Health Care District invites and will receive sealed bids from qualified moving and storage providers for the furnishing to District of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for the services noted below:
Moving, Relocation, Storage, Disassembly and Reassembly of Furniture associated with construction activities under the Alameda Hospital Seismic and Operational Upgrade Projects
The Project consists of furnishing as-needed moving, relocation, internal transfer, packing, inventory/asset tracking, furniture disassembly and reassembly, transportation, and temporary or semi-long-term off-site storage services in support of construction and departmental relocations at Alameda Hospital, 2070 Clinton Avenue, Alameda, California. The anticipated agreement term is four (4) years, with individual services authorized by written task order or Notice to Proceed.
